PETROPERU supports christmas activities in Pasco
PETROPERU, in the framework of its Christmas campaign “Awakening Smiles”, delivered 1,200 toys to the Ninacaca District Municipality, in Pasco, where the state oil company is building a new Fuel Supply Plant to meet the growing demand of the central region of the country.
The first delivery was made in Carhuac, a town an hour and a half from the center of Ninacaca, where the children of the community met at the Educational Institution 34072, where they enjoyed a chocolate bar. The activity was attended by the councilor of the Municipality of Ninacaca, Jaklin Cordova Benito, representatives of the community and PETROPERU.
In the next few days decentralized deliveries will be made in the communities of Socorro, Ranyac and Chipa due to its remoteness to the center of Ninacaca. Also, next Friday, in coordination with the Community and the Municipality of Ninacaca, there will be a chocolate and gift delivery of the Company in the central square of Ninacaca.
Previously, on December 17 and 18, PETROPERU participated in a medical campaign to combat anemia in that locality, which included gastronomic talks to prepare recipes with healthy food and supplies for local consumption.
These activities are part of the Company's Social Management Plan, which seeks to improve the quality of life of communities and populations as part of its commitment to communities and populations close to its operations.
