Petroperú publishes reports prepared by international consultancy

For the sake of transparency, Petroperú published on its institutional portal the five reports that were prepared by the Arthur D. Little / Columbus MB Latam consortium, which aims to strengthen the governance, financial sustainability and operations at the national level of the company, in compliance with Emergency Decree 023-2022.

The reports, which were approved by the Board of Directors and presented to the General Meeting of Shareholders in July 2023, are available to the public on the company's institutional portal, which can be accessed through the following link: https://petroperu.com.pe/transparencia/plan-de-reestructuracion/

Likewise, in the same virtual space the restructuring actions approved by the company's Board of Directors and that will be executed during this year are published, in compliance with article 5 of Emergency Decree No. 004-2024.

It is necessary to indicate that the publication of the aforementioned reports and the restructuring actions has been carried out safeguarding the information that is considered confidential.
