Works presented for the Copé Award will only be received in digital format

Due to the State of National Emergency, which establishes the physical distance, and in safeguarding the health of all the writers participating in the Copé Award literary contest, PETROPERU reports that:

1. The XXI edition of the Short Stories Biennial and VII Essay Biennial "2020 Copé Award" is still taking place.

2. The closing of the call for papers will be extended until September 30, 2020.

3. The works will be received digitally from August 1, 2020, in a virtual space that will be informed shortly.

PETROPERU renews its commitment to the promotion of literary creativity in Peru; and deeply appreciates the dedication of the writers who participate in the contest year after year. The Company calls them to continue doing so, this time, from more places in the country and the world, through digital media.
