Workers of PETROPERU make important donation to the Peruvian Cancer Foundation

The workers of PETROPERU showed once again their solidarity with the delivery of an important economic donation to the Peruvian Cancer Foundation within the framework of the voluntary collection "Ponle Corazón".

The donation, amounting to S/ 90,970.00, corresponds to the voluntary contribution of the personnel of the different operations of the Company throughout the country.

The donation was presented by María Teresa Rodríguez Rodríguez, sub manager of Internal Communication and Welfare of the Corporate Management Human Resources, representing all the staff.

The general manager of the foundation, Miguel de la Fuente, extended his thanks to the workers for their constant financial support, which, he said, "is vital for the hard work that is done" by his institution.

The official also stressed that, thanks to the contribution of PETROPERU workers, "the foundation will continue supporting the treatment of patients with medications, examinations, prosthetics, among others."

De la Fuente invited to see the work of the foundation by visiting the Frieda Heller hostel, located in the city of Lima, where accommodation, food and transportation are provided to patients who arrive from the province and are seen at the National Institute. of Neoplastic Diseases (INEN).
