Work continues in the New Supply Terminal of Ilo
Due to the different versions that are circulating about the halt in the work of the new Ilo Supply Terminal, PETROPERU informs the public that to date the works are proceeding with total normality; according to the established schedule.
The Company reiterates that the process of hiring qualified and unskilled personnel has been carried out through the Employment Exchange of the Ministry of Labor (MINTRA), Ilo office. In this process, the hiring of local labor is being prioritized, in compliance with PETROPERU's commitment.
Likewise, PETROPERU informs that these calls are made by the contractors, through the publication of the respective requirement and profile in the front of the office of the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MINTRA), located in Jr. Abtao 665, 3rd floor, Ilo.
Applicants must submit their files at the MINTRA office, which, in turn, will send the list of applicants who meet the profile of the positions required to the contractor, so that they can carry out the corresponding evaluation.
Once the candidates that meet the required profile have been selected, they must perform the induction and medical examination, done by the contractor company, as the last step for the hiring.
PETROPERU reaffirms its commitment to work together for the development of Ilo, hand in hand with its authorities and population.
