Women from Talara participate in entrepreneurship fair organized by PETROPERU
In an afternoon full of color and assiduous attendance, PETROPERU inaugurated, in the Plaza Grau, the VI Entrepreneurship Fair: Women from Talara in Action, in which the women trained in the productive workshops dictated by the National Training Service in Industrial Work ( SENATI) during 2017, will exhibit and put on sale their best works in gastronomy, jewelry, marine crafts and crochet weaving.
The members of the San Jose Obrero Artisan Association and the Association of Businesswomen of Peru (UMEP), invited by the state company, who supports the economic initiatives of the area, together with the graduates of the SENATI productive workshops. part of the activities of the Local Development Support Program of the Community Relations Plan (PRC) of the Environmental Impact Study (EIA) of the Talara Refinery Modernization Project (PMRT).
The public from Talara can visit the Entrepreneurship Fair until Thursday, July 12, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Admission is free.
Getting to know the New Talara Refinery
As part of the Communication and Citizen Participation Program of the Community Relations Plan (PRC) of the Environmental Impact Study (EIA) of the Talara Refinery Modernization Project (PMRT), PETROPERU has implemented an innovative information space in the Civic Center, where the population will be able to receive information on the construction of the new Talara Refinery, one of the most modern and complex in America.
For three days, the residents of Talara will receive information about the megaproject and its impacts. They will also have the opportunity to visit the work areas of the PMRT, upon registration.
The information module of PETROPERU will be open to the public from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
