Training continues for the ambassadors of the PETROPERU network at the national level

So far this year, PETROPERU has trained more than 1,600 service aisle operators in service stations - the "ambassadors" of the brand that leads the Peruvian market - in 14 cities nationwide, including Lima, Arequipa, Trujillo, Huancayo, Tarapoto and Nueva Cajamarca.

The topics developed were aimed at communicating the characteristics and benefits of the fuel additives. During the development of these trainings, knowledge about customer service was also reinforced through dynamics, which were widely accepted by the participants who appreciated the presence of the Company in their cities.

In 2018, the state oil company reached a total of 24,440 training hours to a total of 6,253 affiliated service station operators in order to optimize the quality of the service, geared towards market demands and continuous improvement.

These training activities continue this year in the framework of the business plan of the PETROPERU Commercial Management, which includes the intensive training of "ambassadors" who work as isle operators in its network of affiliated service stations.

The training activities will continue in the coming months in order to strengthen the knowledge about PETROPERU products as well as to sensitize and motivate the participants in the achievement of excellence in customer service.
