This Saturday, August 7 and Sunday, August 8, the second Vaccination will be held in Talara with the aim of accelerating the immunization process for adults over 40 years of age in more than the oil province.

The 36-hour day of continuous immunization is organized by the Ministry of Health (MINSA) and has the support of PETROPERÚ and the Provincial Municipality of Talara.

For this day four vaccination points have been enabled: Health Center II, La Inmaculada Parish, Educational Institution No. 606 in Talara Alta and Felipe Santiago Salaverry health post in Ciudad Satélite. Adults over 40 must come carrying their ID and using a double mask.

In the Health Center II the day will begin at 8:00 a.m. Saturday and will end at 8:00 p.m. Sunday, carrying out 36 uninterrupted hours of immunization. In La Inmaculada Parish the vaccination will take place this Saturday and Sunday at 8:00 a.m. at 8:00 p.m. The other two vaccination points, located in Talara Alta and Ciudad Satélite, will vaccinate on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. at 7:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 8:00 a.m. at 4:00 p.m.

In this way, PETROPERÚ maintains and reinforces its permanent commitment in the fight against the pandemic in the province of Talara, in coordination with the health authorities, being the Talara Modular Hospital, donated by the state company, which has been playing an important role in the care of COVID-19 patients in the oil province.
