Third decentralized session of the PETROPERÚ board of directors was held at the Conchán Refinery

The third decentralized session of the PETROPERÚ Board of Directors was held at the Conchán Refinery, with the presence of the Chairman of the Board, Mario Contreras Ibárcena, the directors Luis Rafael Zoeger Núñez, Juan Pari Choquecota, Carlos Palacios, Óscar Vera Gargurevich, as well as the Managing General Director, Hugo Chávez Arévalo.

The participants toured the refinery facilities accompanied by the Conchán Refining Department Manager, José Dueñas Luján, who invited them to see key points of the operation such as his laboratory, one of the most modern in the country; the new storage tanks of 110 and 160 thousand barrels (MB), the control room of the Process Unit and the Sales Plant where they were informed about the new automated dispatch system.

The officials held a meeting with the workers, with whom they talked about the transcendental role that each one fulfills in the achievement of the objectives and the growth of PETROPERÚ.

Conchán Refinery, about to turn 49 years old, is a strategic operation for PETROPERÚ, due to its location near Lima, its large storage capacity and its versatility in dispatch, which allows it to contribute to the supply of fuels to the entire country.
