The public of Talara enjoyed the accordion concert offered by the renowned Peruvian musician Claudio Constantini, who has an international and multifaceted career as an interpreter and composer.

The concert of free entrance, that was realized in the House of the Youth and brought together hundreds of talareños, was realized thanks to Petroperú and the Philharmonic Society of Lima (SFL). "We thank PETROPERU for this initiative that allows us to decentralize the activities we carry out each season. This is the second concert we offered in Talara," said Pilar Flores representative of the SFL.

Claudio Constantini came to the oil city for the first time to captivate attendees performing the most famous and beloved melodies of composers George Gershwin and Astor Piazzola, in the popular jazz and tango musical genres. In the evening, Latin American music was included that made the audience vibrate with emotion.

During the 2017-2018 season, Constantini has excelled in concerts performed in some of the most important music audiences such as the Berlin Philharmonic, the Vienna Konzerthaus, the Music Auditorium in Madrid, among others, where his performances They have received excellent reviews. As part of the cycle of the Encounter of Peruvian Musicians of the Philharmonic Society of Lima, the national musician, based in Madrid, toured Peru offering two recitals: one in Lima and another in Talara.

In this way, PETROPERU and the SFL, join forces again to bring art and culture to all corners of the country, offering an attractive free recital for the entire population of the oil province. Last July, the audience enjoyed the Dúo Arie concert, composed by the Hungarian flutist Anita Farkas and the Peruvian guitarist Juan Carlos Arancibia.

An artist with an international career

Claudio Constantini began his piano studies at the National Conservatory of Music under the tutelage of his father (Gerardo Constantini). He received his superior degree in Finland, his master's degree in Holland, and the Concert Diploma in Paris, all of them with the highest distinction of the jury.

His first solo album entitled "Reflets dans l'eau" was selected among the ten best albums of 2015 by the magazine Fanfare of the USA.
