Thousands of Talara locals enjoyed a Peruvian night in the Plaza Grau de Talara by participating in the cultural presentation of national dance and music by the renowned Peruvian performer Fabiola de la Cuba and her show Munay Peru, which arrived in Talara thanks to PETROPERU, for a presentation of free income in the month in which the State Company celebrates its anniversary, the Talara Refinery and the national holidays.

For an hour and a half the audience was able to reaffirm their love for our country and their culture through a great artistic and musical production that included a repertoire exclusively chosen for the occasion and 22 first-rate artists, on stage, who united their talent of young Talara locals from IE Domingo Savio, first place in the II Interscholastic Dance Competition organized by PETROPERU, and the young regional champions of marinera Valeria Siancas and Elmer Huaman.

Valses as "Contigo Peru"; as well as marineras such as "El sueño de Pochi" and the "Saca chispas"; "Huaylarsh" and the "Condor Pasa" on its route through the Andean region; tonderos like "Por esas trenzas" and "San Miguel de Morropón"; a cajon and zapateo solo; Afro-Peruvian music such as the "Toromata" were performed with the feeling and voice characteristic of Fabiola de la Cuba and was applauded by the local audience, which culminated the event giving thanks, in this way, for the level of the show provided.

Once again, PETROPERU reaffirms its commitment to the promotion of art and culture at the national level and, especially in its areas of influence, bringing the community closer to shows and activities that contribute to strengthening national identity and the promotion of culture.
