Includes the processes started until 08.01.2019, and includes the next call (second, third, fourth call, etc., as corresponds), in case the process has been declared void, called for until that date. That is, if a process called for until 08.01.2019 which was declared void and has not yet been called for, then the next call will be published, in this option. The same thing will happen with those processes declared deserted and that are derived to another process modality.

It should be noted that the processes called until 08.01.2019 are governed, until its conclusion, under the scope of application of the Acquisition and Contracting Regulations of PETROPERU S.A., approved with A/D No. 056-2017-PP.
