With regards with the new price list published by Petroperu, we inform the public opinion of the following:

  • On Monday, December 25, Osinergmin published its report on parity reference prices for fuel imports, while Petroperu has done so today. The percentage variations with respect to the previous week in both cases has been as follows:

  • With regards to the fuels found in the Price Stabilization Fund, in compliance with the provisions of Emergency Decree No. 010-2004 and the amendments in Directorial Resolution No. 080-2017-OS-GRT published on December 28, 2017, in the Official El Peruano Newspaper, Osinergmin modified the fuel price bands affected by the Price Stabilization Fund. Likewise, Petroperu proceeded with the corresponding adjustments, the variations being the following:

  • Petroperú has published its list of fuel prices by moving the modifications of the fuel price bands affected by the Price Stabilization Fund and the import parity reference price list published weekly by Osinergmin. It also transfers the weekly variations of international markers and the exchange rate.
  • Petroperu sets the prices of fuels considering that they are governed by supply and demand according to the Organic Hydrocarbons Law.
