Statement

Given the information made public on the status of a property owned by PETROPERU located at Ca. Recavarren 181-189 in the district of Miraflores, the following information is provided:

1. The company regrets and expresses its sincere apologies for the state in which the property currently is. In view of this situation, it has decided to take immediate action to correct the current conditions; as well as to state the responsibilities and corrective actions so that evens like this do not repeat themselves.
2. The company is committed to maintaining the facilities with adequate sanitary and safety conditions, in order not to affect the residents of the Miraflores district and the environment.
3. It should be noted that in December 2018 this property was submitted to public auction, a process that was deserted. It is currently in the process of being sold.
