Pilots warm their engines for "Las 6 horas peruanas 2018"

Petroperu once again sponsors the popular race "Las 6 horas peruanas 2018", one of the most important automobile events, which will take place next February 10 at the La Chutana race track, south of Lima.

In addition to a sponsor, Petroperu will also be the official supplier of gasoline that all pilots will use during the six continuous hours of the race. "In this way, the great quality of our fuels is demonstrated, since this competition is very technically demanding, where the engines work to the maximum of their power and are subjected to high pressure", explained Gustavo Navarro, Commercial Manager of the company.

It is in these tests, he added, that Petroperu gasoline is shown to be able to provide all the energy we offer in the market, even in extreme situations. And it is the same gasoline that the user can find at any gas station.

"Therefore, we participate in this competition with great enthusiasm and we are sure that the pilots will feel very satisfied with the performance of the fuel they will use in this great test," he concluded.

Renowned pilots will participate in the race, such as Enrique Arriola, Nicolas Fuchs and Ricardo Dasso, winners of the 2016 version. Also, from Ecuador the brothers Xavier and Miguel Villagomez will be present, along with Mauricio Chumpitaz, Freddy Llempen, Alberto del Carpio and Horacio Galvez, among others.

Also participating in the sports day are the five-time winner of the competition, Christian Kobashigawa, as well as Salvador Ricci, Takeo Matayoshi and Christopher Fuller.
