PETROPERÚ workers deliver important donation to the Peruvian Cancer Foundation

As every year, PETROPERU workers delivered an important economic donation to the Peruvian Cancer Foundation. It was a voluntary contribution of the personnel of the different operations of the Company throughout the country to this solidarity campaign.

The delivery of this financial support was in charge of the General Manager of PETROPERU Carlos Barrientos and the Corporate Human Resources Manager José Manuel Rodríguez Haya, on behalf of all staff.

For his part, the general manager of the Foundation, Miguel de la Fuente, extended his gratitude to the workers for their constant support for the campaigns of this entity and greeted the solidarity gesture reflected in the economic support that will allow them to continue supporting the most vulnerable people suffering from this disease.

The representative of the Peruvian Cancer Foundation reported that, every year, the Ponle Corazón Campaign allows support for the treatment of cancer patients with medications, exams, psychological support, transfers of patients from the interior of the country to the National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases (INEN), among other actions.
