PETROPERÚ urges dialogue regarding the seizure of the Yurimaguas Sales Plant

Due to the 48-hour strike scheduled by the Defense and Development Front of the Alto Amazonas Province (FREDESAA), in the Loreto region, the access to the PETROPERÚ Sales Plant was blocked, paralyzing the reception and dispatch operations of fuels.

PEROPERÚ urges the protesters to desist from this type of measures in order to be able to comply in a sustained manner with the fuel supply service in the area, and avoid situations that affect the residents of Yurimaguas themselves.

At the same time, we invoke the use of spaces for dialogue with the corresponding authorities to seek a solution to the demands on health, transportation and other local problems in a climate of peace.
