PETROPERU supplies VES health stations with biosecurity implements

In order to contribute to the fight against COVID-19 and to the protection of medical personnel as a front-line group, PETROPERU delivered an important supply of biosafety equipment to the Brisas de Pachacámac and Héroes del Cenepa health posts in Villa El Salvador , a district that has been reducing the incidence of coronavirus cases and where a large percentage of the population is in a vulnerable situation.

The delivery included 6,000 KN95 masks, 4,000 shoe protectors, 4,000 pairs of gloves in addition to 1,200 bottles of 70% alcohol and 200 bottles of gel alcohol between the two establishments of the Ministry of Health (MINSA).

This important contribution made by PETROPERU, as part of its social responsibility actions, contributes to providing safe medical care to patients, for a period of four months in both health posts, located near the Conchán Refinery facilities.

The support of the state company also included the delivery of food baskets for all the medical and assistance personnel of the Brisas de Pachacámac health post, which has carried out an important work in the fight against the spread of COVID-19 in South Lima.
