PETROPERU sucessfully participated of "Hay Festival Arequipa"

With the participation of the winners of the Copé Awards, PETROPERU was present at the fifth edition of the “Hay Festival Arequipa”, a cultural event that highlighted the arts and sciences through literary exhibitions and conversations.

PETROPERU joined this day of culture with the presentation of the works of the renowned writer Stuart Flores Herrera and the philosopher and essayist Ciro Alegría Varona, both winners of the Copé Awards, the highest award that the state oil company gives annually to national writers.

During the event at the Universidad Católica de Santa María, the conversation “21 Relatos sobre la Independencia del Perú” published by PETROPERU with the edition of José Donayre Hoefken, the work of Arequipa historian Mario Rommel Arce and the former Minister of Education was analyzed Patricia Salas O'Brien.
