PETROPERU sponsors 2019 Lima International Book Fair

Within the framework of the launch press conference for the upcoming 24th Lima International Book Fair (FIL Lima 2019), PETROPERU was present as a sponsor of the outstanding cultural event, one of the most anticipated of the year, to be held on 19 from July to August 4 at the Parque de los Próceres in Jesús María.

As part of the commitment to cultural promotion in the country, PETROPERU will once again sponsor FIL Lima, organized by the Peruvian Book Chamber, and will have a specially prepared stand where it will exhibit its publications and other new works of the Copé Ediciones label, in addition to the execution of a large program of activities, between presentations and discussions on various literary, historical and publishing issues in the current year.

Likewise, institutional videos of PETROPERU will be exhibited on the company’s booth, showing the company's work in cultural policy and social projects. Also, as a way to bring culture to the readers, promotions and special offer prices will be offered for this expected event in the country.

In the aforementioned FIL Lima Lima 2019 press conference, the president of the Lima Book Chamber, José Carlos Alvariño, highlighted the permanent support of PETROPERU to the FIL, as well as the promotion of literary production through important initiatives such as the Copé Awards.

This fair, considered one of the four most relevant in Latin America, will have as its central theme the Vargas Llosa Universe, from conferences, round tables, talks and tributes, conducted by renowned national and foreign experts. The visiting public can go into every corner of the universe of our Nobel Prize for Literature and best known Peruvian writer.
