Petroperú's operations are developing optimally nationwide

Petroperú reports that all operational and administrative activities are proceeding normally at each of its operations and facilities nationwide, fulfilling its mission of supplying fuel to the entire country.

The 48-hour strike called for April 21 and 22 by Petroperú's unions was declared UNJUSTIFIED by the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MTPE), through General Directorate Resolution No. 000057-2025-MTPE/2/14, due to noncompliance with established legal requirements.

Since the strike has materialized, it will be declared ILLEGAL. Therefore, all absences related to this strike carry the corresponding disciplinary responsibility, without prejudice to the deduction of wages for days not worked, in accordance with the current regulatory framework.

The company's management continues to work on strengthening corporate governance, aimed at improving operational and financial efficiency, which will contribute to Petroperú's sustainability.
