PETROPERÚ reports on variation in fuel prices
PETROPERÚaddresses the public opinion and informs that it maintains its commitment to guarantee the supply of fuels at the national level, with the most competitive wholesale prices in the local market. In addition, it informs you of the following:
- As a consequence of the armed conflict between Russia and Ukraine, there has been a global crisis in the supply of crude oil and derivative products, which explains the rapid increase in international prices. This situation makes our purchases of crude oil, supplies and finished products more expensive and puts the sustainability of supply in the country in an emergency situation.
- Due to the current situation, the prices of our fuels (gasoline, diesel, residual, among others) have increased as of today. In relation to bottled LPG and diesel for vehicular use, the current list price is maintained, since they are included in the Fuel Price Stabilization Fund.
- Due to the aforementioned, the list prices were increased according to the following detail for Callao Plant:
