Petroperú reports on the Talara Refinery

Regarding the information about the Talara Refinery recently reported in the media, the following is stated:
- On Saturday, March 29, an operational failure was recorded in the steam supply to the Talara Refinery, in the auxiliary steam generation unit operated by GMO. As a safety measure, the processing units entered safe shutdown mode; however, the steam supply was restored that same day and startup maneuvers began.
- On Monday, March 31, another operational incident was recorded in one of the steam generation boilers, without affecting the refining complex's operations. Petroperú and GMO are evaluating the maintenance work to be carried out.
- It should be noted that Petroperú reported, within the legal deadlines, these types of events, which are part of the operation of highly complex refineries.
- Petroperú reports that all its units are currently operational, including the Flexicoking Unit, to meet market needs. Regarding the company's situation, the company reiterates that it continues to make progress in its financial recovery, with sustained improvement in its results and uninterrupted compliance with its obligations, without state intervention.
- Petroperú, through its various operations, continues to produce fuels in a stable and secure manner, guaranteeing the country's supply.
