PETROPERÚ reports on the change of management personnel

PETROPERÚ informs the public of the following:

The Board of Directors of Petróleos del Perú - PETROPERÚ S.A., appointed by the General Shareholders' Meeting on September 15, agreed to withdraw the trust of the company's management personnel effective September 24, in strict compliance with its powers established in the social statutes.

The management positions considered in this decision have been filled by career personnel from PETROPERÚ with extensive experience in the hydrocarbons sector, who will assume functions as of September 25, guaranteeing the continuity and operability of the company, in compliance with its mission of supply fuels to the entire national territory.
