Petroperú provides facilities and information for the investigation into attacks on the ONP

Regarding the operation carried out by the Public Ministry today, October 4, 2023, as part of the ongoing investigations into the constant attacks against the North Peruvian Oil Pipeline (ONP) and that Petroperú has repeatedly denounced, we inform the following:

• The company welcomes the actions carried out to investigate and punish those responsible for the attacks perpetrated on the ONP and as a company that respects the current legal framework, it has been providing all the facilities and information required for the corresponding process.
• Likewise, it hopes that this investigation will conclude in the short term, with the corresponding sanctions against those responsible for these acts that have harmed the communities, the environment and the development of the country.
• Petroperú reiterates its firm commitment to continue contributing to the development of the Amazon and the country, with the safe operation of the ONP, a National Critical Asset which must be protected by all Peruvians.
