Petroperú promotes the development of sustainable crafts in Loreto

Petroperú delivered the certificate of registration in the prestigious National Registry of Artisans (RNA) to nearly 50 talented artisans from the Independencia and Santo Tomás communities in the Loreto region, who for more than eight years have been training to improve their crafting, finishing and coloring techniques, in order to achieve a sustainable option for economic income.

The benefits of belonging to this registry of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (Mincetur) are multiple: participating in commercial activities, national and international events and fairs, accessing financing and training, among other options that contribute to the development of crafts as a business activity.

Likewise, it allows them to have technical assistance and access to the innovation and technology transfer services provided by the Technological Innovation Centers (CITE).

With the steps taken for its registration in the RNA, Petroperú reaffirms its commitment to contribute to the development of sustainable artisanal activities in the sphere of influence of its operations at the national level, for the benefit of artisans, their families and their communities.
