PETROPERÚ promotes certification of experienced electromechanical workers
In order to increase the labor insertion possibilities of the local workforce, PETROPERU has launched a new call that will enable 120 Talara locals to be trained in the areas of Industrial Pipes Assembly and Industrial Electricity.
Registration will be open until next Friday, March 1, 2019 and will be free of charge at the Office of Information and Citizen Participation (OIPC), located on Av. C S/N, from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Those interested may also request additional information through the inquiry line 073-381607 or the fanpage: @OIPCinforma.
Applicants must be technicians graduated from the specialties convened, with an accredited experience of at least two years. They must also prove to be a native of Talara or have a minimum of three years of residence in the province. At the time of registration, they must submit a documented curriculum vitae and a National Identity Document (DNI).
Students who complete the training satisfactorily will receive a certificate issued on behalf of the Nation, which will allow them to improve their employability in the province of Talara, where the Talara Refinery Modernization Project (PMRT) is being implemented.
This technical training program is part of the commitments assumed by PETROPERU in the Local Workforce Contracting Program of the Community Relations Plan of the PMRT Environmental Impact Study.
