PETROPERU promotes caring for biodiversity in the Amazon through "Aprendo en Casa"

Due to the quality of its content, aimed at promoting the protection of biodiversity on the planet, the "Ecocuentos de Huayo" series, produced by Amazon Forever in a strategic alliance with PETROPERU, will form part of the educational platform "Aprendo en Casa" (“I learn at Home”) broadcast nationwide through TV Peru.

The first chapter of the series "The Little Green Riding Hood and the fierce Shushupe" will be broadcast this Thursday, May 28, at 8:30 am, as part of the content selected for children of the initial level, who will learn more about the Amazon biodiversity at through universal characters and mythological beings from Peru.

The series features the protagonist participation of the funny character "Huayo", who interacts with emblematic species of Amazonian flora and fauna. During the development of each chapter, curious aspects of its ecology are highlighted, creating awareness among children and their parents about the different ways we have to take care of the environment.

The strategic alliance with Amazon Forever is carried out in line with the Policy and the Biodiversity Management Plan of the state company that, through this innovative proposal, seeks to inspire in children the love of nature and the commitment to create a society more responsible with itself and its environment, helping to train future citizens with environmental awareness, who protect and conserve the biodiversity of our country.
