PETROPERÚ presents Amazon Millennial Route III at FIL Lima 2018
Today Thursday will be presented at the International Book Fair of Lima (FIL LIMA) 2018, the new publication Copé Editions of PETROPERU, "Amazon Millennial Route III" compiled by Aldo Bolaños, and will be commented by the renowned geographer Pedro Tipula. The appointment is at 8 o'clock in the evening in the Clorinda Matto de Turner Room.
In this third volume, from the series of the same title and author, multidisciplinary research works are compiled that allow to identify the millennial knowledge of the Amazonian peoples through their landscapes, objects and their relationship with the environment.
The work, which is composed of 24 new texts that address the complex concept called "A place called Amazonía", significantly complements the knowledge already disclosed in previous deliveries. This editorial effort has already been successfully presented in Iquitos and Pucallpa, as part of the company's cultural policy with the communities of the region.
With these contributions, PETROPERU contributes to the debate and collective reflection to look at the Amazon from a more analytical point of view, thus contributing to spread the Amazonian culture and promote the progress of the peoples that inhabit it.
The next presentations will be made on Thursday, August 2, with the winning works of the 2017 Copé Prize, and the following day will be presented the third edition of "The Great Inca Route - El Qhapaq Ñan.
