PETROPERU presented in Ayacucho wikking entries of the Copé Award
With great attendance by the public, in the Fair of the Book of Ayacucho, in the city of Huamanga, the winning works of the XIX Story Biennial and V Essay Biennial "Copé Award 2016" were presented.
The titles " El cuadro de Marilyn y los cuentos ganadores y finalistas de la XIX Bienal de Cuento ", as well as, " Detectives perdidos de la ciudad oscura, novela policial alternativa en Latinoamérica. De Borges a Bolaño", are samples of the inexhaustible talent of consecrated and new Peruvian writers that PETROPERU promotes at the national level.
With the outstanding intervention and comments of the writers Ricardo González Vigil and Cronwell Jara, the attendees were made aware of the details and characteristics of both books.
Note that the essay is written by the writer and screenwriter Diego Trelles Paz, while the stories are by the writers Santiago Merino Acevedo, Maria Lourdes Torres Saric, Miguel Angel Torres Vitolas, George Clarke Paliza, Frederick O'Brien Berenguel and Carlos Alejandro Zambrano Pérez. Also, from the authors José Villanueva, Walter Rodríguez, Crisanto Pérez, Joel Iljimae, Jorge Casilla and Karen de Aliaga.
The cities of Huancayo, Lima, Cusco, Pucallpa, Iquitos and now, Huamanga, have hosted these cultural presentations, evidencing the permanent commitment of PETROPERU for the dissemination and promotion of literary creation and reading in our country.
