PETROPERU present at the Trujillo Book Fair

As part of its commitment to cultural promotion, PETROPERU will once again be present at the Trujillo International Book Fair (FILT), which will be held for free and virtually.

Through its Ediciones Copé label, PETROPERU will participate on Wednesday, November 25 at 8:00 p.m., with the discussion " Viajes y virajes. Antología de Cuentos de la Comunidad Andina", a publication of the same name and under the selection and foreword by the writer and teacher Ricardo Sumalavia. The writers Magela Baudoin and Edmundo Paz Soldan will participate in this literary gathering.

The book brings together prominent writers from the countries that make up the Andean Community, as well as from the states linked to it. Among the summoned writers are Johann Page, Luis Noriega, Margarita García Robayo, Edmundo Paz Soldán, Liliana Colanzi, Magela Baudoin, Solange Rodríguez Pappe Mariana Enríquez, Marcelino Freire, Alejandra Costamagna, Fernanda Trías, Alberto Chimal, Marina Perezagua, among others.

COPErsaciones de Oro

Previously, on Saturday, November 21, PETROPERU will continue with its outstanding cycle of interviews "COPErsaciones de Oro", alluding to the winners of the first place in the Copé Award literary competition, organized by the state company. On this occasion Pedro Ugarte Valdivia, 2008 Copé Award, will be the special guest.

The interview will be conducted by the Peruvian writer and researcher and also the Copé Short Story Silver Award, Juan Manuel Chávez, who lives in Barcelona. It goes at 11 am. by the Facebook Live of the PETROPERU Cultural Center.

These cultural activities of PETROPERU are part of its cultural management work plan that reinforces its commitment to the promotion of literary creation, the promotion of new writers and the consolidation of those already known.
