PETROPERU participated in the II Meeting of Cultural Managers in Piura

As part of its commitment to culture in the country, PETROPERU participated as a speaker in the II Edition of the Meeting of Cultural Managers, organized by the Academic Program of History and Cultural Management of Universidad de Piura.

This event was a space for meeting and reflection on the task of cultural management from its different fields, as well as an opportunity to address the challenges and perspectives of Cultural Management in Peru.

The Head of the Cultural Management Unit, Carlos Del Águila Chávez, shared the experiences of PETROPERU with the student community during his presentation entitled: “Four decades building corporate cultural management in Petróleos del Perú”.

Del Águila Chávez highlighted the main projects that the company executes in the cultural field, such as Copé Ediciones, literary competitions, music festivals, exhibitions and artistic exhibitions among others. He also stressed the importance of continuing with cultural dissemination throughout the country and project it internationally for the benefit of society.
