PETROPERÚ obtained first place in the customer experience index
PETROPERÚ ranked first in the CX Index Ranking, Customer Experience Index in Peru 2022, organized by Centrum PUCP, Datum International and XCustomer Group, in the category of Service Stations for standing out in the dimensions of brand, product, service and emotional experience.
The CX Index is a unique customer experience measurement model that recognizes the leading companies in the country that best manage interaction with their consumers in the categories evaluated.
This award was the result of work in the PETROPERÚ Network, made up of affiliated service stations throughout the country, where a franchise-type standardization model is being implemented, with a change of a new visual identity and improvement of the service process, which allows a better experience for the final consumer, thus recognizing the quality of the products, the high level of services and the competitive prices.
