PETROPERÚ needs information about its exit from the SNMPE

With respect to the statements provided by the head of the National Society of Mining, Oil and Energy (SNMPE), PETROPERÚ specifies the following:

1. PETROPERU's departure from the SNMPE responds to a decision taken by the company's management following an evaluation carried out in September 2023 and reported to said union on September 22, 2023.
2. The SNMPE has not requested the company's Restructuring Plan as stated by its owner.
3. As part of its transparency policy, PETROPERÚ has implemented a section on its institutional portal in which it has been reporting on the progress of the Restructuring Process, which can be consulted through the following link: https://www.petroperu.com.pe/transparencia/plan-de-reestructuracion/
