PETROPERÚ makes details on the delay in the delivery of biodiesel

PETROPERÚ addresses public opinion to indicate the following:

1. Faced with the non-compliance in the delivery of biodiesel by the supplier Heaven Petroleum Operators (HPO), PETROPERÚ has been taking the corresponding actions, in line with the contract signed for the supply of this product, used by the state company in the production of fuels.
2. In this regard, it is important to point out that HPO has officially informed PETROPERÚ that this delay has been caused by a fortuitous situation or force majeure, because its suppliers of products to produce biodiesel have run out of supplies. In this line, the information that we communicated by mistake is discarded, realizing that their accounts had been seized, which prevented them from fulfilling the commitments assumed with their clients.
3. PETROPERÚ regrets the misunderstanding generated by this erroneous information and continues to work hard to guarantee the supply of quality fuels throughout the national territory.
