Petroperú leads the sector ranking of the best companies to attract talent

Petroperú is the most attractive company for retaining and attracting talent today and in the future in the Oil and Gas sector, according to the Merco 2023 Talent Ranking Peru, carried out by the independent business monitor Merco, which for ten years has been measuring the ability to attract and retain talent, in companies in the country that have a good climate and job quality.

The state-owned company ranked first in the Sector Ranking for the second consecutive year and ranked 22nd in the general ranking of leading Peruvian companies to attract talent.

In this version of the study, more than 25,000 respondents participated, including those responsible for the human resources areas, specialists from personnel recruitment consultants (headhunters), unions, university students in the last two years of study, college students, business schools and general population.

The Top 100 Ranking of Companies with Talent 2023 was carried out taking into account a reputational evaluation methodology that is applied in different countries, in which ten sources of information that assess the main indicators of human talent management have been integrated.
