While the processes in two sectors in Section I and three in the North Branch Pipeline have been declared void; and work is being done to award these sectors as soon as possible.

This program consists of the hiring of unskilled local labor on a temporary and rotating basis, in order to provide permanent and sustainable employment promoting the greater participation of residents. The program began in 2017 in Section I of the ONP and, as a result, to date 17 months have passed without any cuts being recorded in that section, which demonstrates the effectiveness of the program.
