Petroperú is recognized as the preferred fuel station by Peruvians
Petroperú was recognized as a leading company in the category of “Best Service Station” according to the third edition of the Customer Xperience Index (CX Index) in Peru, an initiative promoted by Centrum PUCP, Datum Internacional and CXLatam Group. The distinction is due to the experience offered to customers.
The report - which presents the brands, services and products preferred by Peruvians - highlighted the work of the Petroperú Network, made up of affiliated service stations throughout the country, placing the state oil company in first place in the preference of those surveyed.
This is due, among other factors, to the implementation of a franchise-type standardization model, with a change to a new visual identity and improvement of the service process, which allows for a better experience for the end consumer, thus recognizing the quality of the products, the high level of services and competitive prices. The person in charge of receiving such a prestigious award was the president of Petroperú himself, Oliver Stark Preuss, who —when thanking the distinction— highlighted the effort and commitment of the company to, in coordinated work with the owners of the gas stations affiliated to the network, provide a sustained quality service to the customers of the more than 740 service stations nationwide.
For Petroperú, this new distinction demonstrates that the efforts to provide better service and good products continue to be valued by its customers, who not only look for fuels with the most competitive prices on the market, but also optimal attention in all its affiliated stations nationwide.
It should be noted that the CX Index is a unique model for measuring customer experience that recognizes the country's leading companies that best manage interaction with their consumers in the evaluated categories.
