PETROPERÚ informs about the reduction in fuel prices

PETROPERÚ addresses the public opinion to inform the following:

1. In application of S. D. No. 002-2022-EM published in the El Peruano Official Gazette on 03.29.2022, which included Gasoline/Gasohol 84, Gasoline 90, Diesel 2 UV and Diesel 2 S-50 UV in the Stabilization Fund, the following list price reductions are effective as of 04.04.2022:

1. In Soles/Gallon
2. In addition to the above, Supreme Decree No. 068-2022-EF published in the El Peruano Official Gazette on 04.03.2022, establishes the exclusion of the ISC for Gasoline 90/84, Gasohol 90/84, Diesel and Diesel BX. Therefore, PETROPERÚ will market said fuels without the aforementioned tax as of 04.04.2022. The validity of this measure is until 06.30.2022 and could be extended for up to six months.
3. The application of both regulations from 04.04.2022, generates the reduction in list prices with taxes as shown below:

2. PETROPERÚ reaffirms its commitment to guarantee the supply of fuels at the national level and makes its best efforts to maintain competitive prices in strict compliance with Peruvian legislation.
