PETROPERÚ has LPG inventories to meet customer demand
PETROPERÚ reported that it has sufficient inventories to meet the demand for Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) from its wholesale customers that are supplied through its Callao Terminal and its Talara Sales Plant, mainly.
The state oil company said that it has inventories to cover the demand for LPG from its customers, approximately 8% of the total national market for this fuel, during the next few days in which the ports on the Peruvian coast will remain closed as a result of the anomalous waves that have been registering.
The New Talara Refinery produces up to 5,000 barrels of LPG per day, which are marketed mainly in the northeastern regions of the country through PETROPERÚ sales plants and terminals in the area. In the capital city, the state company sells the LPG it acquires from the Pisco fractionation plant in Ica.
