PETROPERU guarantees fuel supply in Iquitos

PETROPERÚ reported that it has been serving its customers at its Iquitos Sales Plant, in accordance with the usual level of demand, for which it asked the group of people who are protesting outside the aforementioned plant, to clear the road to speed up the attention and ensure the supply of taps.

Currently, the aforementioned sales plant has sufficient inventories of 84 and 90 octane gasoline. It also announced that, according to schedule, in the next few days the Rio Ampiyacu and Rio Mayo barges will be arriving in Iquitos, from Yurimaguas and Pucallpa, respectively.

Additionally, PETROPERÚ continues to carry out land transfers of gasoline from its Conchán (Lima) and Talara (Piura) refineries to Yurimaguas and Pucallpa, for its subsequent river transfer to Iquitos, in order to guarantee the ability to cover the local demand for fuels.

PETROPERÚ informed that in accordance with the actions that are being taken, it will continue to attend its Iquitos Sales Plant in accordance with the usual demand of its clients.
