Petroperú closed summer workshops for schoolchildren of Bagua and Sechura

Petroperú closed the summer workshops that were offered in the towns of Sechura (Piura) and Bagua (Amazonas), as part of its Cultural Policy that aims to promote and disseminate culture in the country, through multiple activities that contribute to the sociocultural progress of Peru.

In Sechura, a Music Workshop was offered for children between the ages of 8 and 16, which allowed them to develop their musical skills. The classes were aimed at instrumental initiation, percussion, keyboard, guitar, musical language and wind ensemble.

During the closing ceremony, the children demonstrated their skill in handling musical instruments such as drums, guitar and keyboard.

In Bagua, a typical dance workshop was offered where the students were trained in dances from the area, learning that was shown during the closing activity.

Petroperú will continue to offer these cultural spaces for the stakeholders of all its operations, with the aim of contributing to the full and sustainable development of the country, with equal opportunities for all its citizens.
