Petroperú closed its musical training program aimed at VES schoolchildren
Petroperú completed, after four months of intense preparation, its musical training program aimed at schoolchildren from various schools in Villa El Salvador (VES), with results that indicate that in this thriving district there are students with outstanding musical resources, multiple talents and good work team up.
There were more than 40 students from the Max Uhle, Las Palmeras, Peruano Canadianse, Elías Aguirre and Jesús Nazareth educational centers, located in the areas surrounding the Conchán Refinery, who completed their musical training on instruments such as the violin, double bass, cello and clarinet, among others.
The closing ceremony was held in the auditorium of the Youth Palace, a day that was attended by authorities from Petroperú, the municipality of Villa El Salvador and the participating schools, with diplomas of recognition subsequently awarded to the participants with the best performance. .
An important moment of the ceremony was the presentation of the students of this musical training program together with the renowned “Orquestando” National Symphony School Orchestra of the Ministry of Education, thus inspiring other schoolchildren to continue working to develop their abilities.
This initiative, which Petroperú has been carrying out for five years, has allowed students to encourage interest in music, while promoting healthy recreation in the area of influence of the state oil company.
