PETROPERU celebrates Christmas with the neighbors of Talara
Talara families live the magic and joy of Christmas in the Plaza Grau de Talara, where the PETROPERU company installed a five-meter-tall tree, along with other allegories that commemorate the traditional New Year's Eve parties.
Children and adults took advantage of the decoration made by the state oil company in the center of the city, to take pictures and share pleasant moments with family and friends.
At the same time, PETROPERU shared Christmas with 3,500 children from the north and south cones, the city center and the Satellite City, through various recreational activities of the social program “Awakening Smiles”.
For four days, the children and their parents gathered in the PETROPERU Coliseum, where they enjoyed a fun artistic show, received gifts according to their age and shared allusive sweets at this date in which the birth of the Child God is remembered.
These activities are framed in the Social Management Plan of the Company, aimed at improving the quality of life of the populations near their operations.
