PETROPERU carries out recycling activity on Earth Day

In the midst of great expectations, Earth Day was carried out in PETROPERU, an activity in which the "Reciclatón" (Recycling Marathon) contest was held, to encourage environmental responsibility among workers and collect recyclable materials such as newspapers, sheets, bottles and lids, in order to to deliver them to the Aldeas Infantiles SOS Peru organization and help cover the needs of the children that make it up.

Simultaneously, the Environmental Fair was held with the participation of various institutions that presented booths with organic, natural and artisan products and spaces for healthy meals for the enjoyment of all. The fair will last until June 6 on the esplanade of the main headquarters of the Company, located at Canaval Moreyra 150, San Isidro, Lima.

During the event, the first four "Reciclatón" teams were awarded with the largest amount of recyclable materials. The teams committed to continue applying good environmental practices.

In this way, PETROPERU, renews its commitment to continue carrying out its activities with efficiency, reliability, sustainability and socio-environmental responsibility, seeking to be allies of the protection of the environments where it operates.
