PETROPERU carries out medical campaign in Villa El Salvador

PETROPERU carried out a free health campaign in the Víctor Chero Ramos Human Settlement of Villa El Salvador in partnership with the NGO Remar and with the support of the staff of the Brisas de Pachacamac Health Post.

During the medical day, attention was given in the specialties of General Medicine, Dentistry, Ophthalmology, Gynecology-Obstetrics, Nutrition and Psychology; which in total exceeded 400 attentions.

Also, laboratory tests of glucose, hemoglobin and anemia screening for children were conducted. In addition, a vaccination campaign for tetanus and hepatitis; as well as deworming in minors.

Within this activity, other services were offered such as legal advice, a healthy food workshop -by renowned chef Israel Laura- and free haircut for the neighbors of the area.

The event also counted with the participation of members of the National Police of Peru who offered a children's show for the children present.

This important initiative that benefits low-income families is part of the Social Management Plan of the state oil company that is committed to a better quality of life for the residents of our facilities.
