Petroperú Board of Directors reaffirms commitment to frontal fight against corruption

The Board of Directors of Petroperú expressed its full commitment and total support for strengthening a culture of integrity, prevention and compliance in the fight against corruption in the company, signing the Commitment Act on Integrity and the Fight against Corruption.

In this regard, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the oil company, Oliver Stark Preuss, as well as the other members of the board, are committed to ensuring compliance with the Petroperú integrity system, under the precepts of ethical conduct by the company's officials and employees.

This requires monitoring compliance with the system for preventing corruption and money laundering crimes, among other crimes, implementing mechanisms and procedures that contribute to eradicating such acts in the institution.

At the same time, support is being provided for the implementation of improvements in the management of complaints about irregular events, through the Petroperú Integrity Line.

In this way, Petroperú reaffirms its commitment to continue promoting an institutional culture of ethics and integrity, also promoting the eradication of corruption under a commitment from all officials, directors and employees of the state-owned company, strengthening clear communication to workers about their responsibilities, duties, incompatibilities and conflicts of interest.
