Dozens of entrepreneurs from the southern area of Lima are being trained by Petroperú in financial, logistics and negotiation matters, within the framework of the launch of its Make Your Business Grow program, with incentives being provided to those who have the best results in the improvement process and boost their business.

The program, in partnership with the Consorcio de Organizaciones Privadas de Promoción al Desarrollo de la Micro y Pequeña Empresa - COPEME, will last two months, and is divided into four modules with a total of up to 50 hours of training. Additionally, they will receive personalized technical assistance.

For the selection of the thirty final beneficiaries of the program, Petroperú visited the businesses in the Parque Metropolitano area, a place benefited in this first stage, selecting entrepreneurs with formally active businesses, with drive and a desire to excel and an orientation towards innovation.

Thanks to this type of program, entrepreneurs seek to empower their businesses through permanent support that allows them to take their ventures to the next level, for their own benefit and that of their immediate environment.

Petroperú thus reaffirms its commitment to its main stakeholders in each operation. The participation of the State company is part of its Social Management policy, seeking to contribute to the economic reactivation of its communities and strengthening its links with the population in general.
