Since 2017, PETROPERU has an Integrity System in order to establish the standard of ethical conduct that all workers, directors and shareholders must comply with, translating them into commitments that are made before the different interest groups of the Company.

The Integrity Committee is the body in charge of ensuring the proper investigation of complaints, as well as contributing to the strengthening of the Company's ethical culture. Having an independent president guarantees objectivity and impartiality in the management.

In this sense, it has a Code of Integrity and related guidelines that serve as a guide to guide the behavior of workers. These documents are communicated among the different interest groups and are part of the contracts or agreements that under any contractual modality are subscribed with natural or legal persons.

Likewise, the PETROPERU Integrity Line has been established, which is a confidential complaint system, which has various communication channels so that workers and citizens in general can report any suspicion or evidence of noncompliance with the Integrity Code, the same that is administered by an independent entity of recognized international prestige, in order to protect the identity of the person who denounces.

This way, PETROPERU ratifies its commitment to a solid policy of zero tolerance against fraud, corruption or any irregular act, in order to preserve a culture of integrity and transparency, as a practice of Good Corporate Governance.
