PETROPERU and Municipality of San Isidro united for sustainable urban mobility

PETROPERU signed the Pact for Sustainable Urban Mobility for San Isidro, through which it undertakes to make its best effort - in its fields and in a coordinated manner with the mayor authority - to ensure that the district achieves sustainable urban mobility, which improves quality of life of its citizens.

The document was signed by the General Manager of the state oil company, Carlos Barrientos Gonzales, and the Sustainability Manager of the Municipality of San Isidro, Guillermo Valverde Béjar.

The pact constitutes a model of social responsibility with the environment, transport and mobility; thanks to which the workers of each institution or company are the direct beneficiaries, as well as the neighbors of the district.

In this way, PETROPERU undertakes to carry out actions aimed at promoting pedestrian mobility, bicycle mobility, support for public and private transport, among other awareness actions on road safety. Those that allow to guarantee the quality of life of the citizens, improving and recovering the public space for their meeting and social coexistence.
